WELCOME TO The Rustic Vape shop

We offer a 3 month guarantee on all guaranteed items purchased except for e-liquids.
The 3 month guarantee starts from the date of purchase.
Faulty or damaged items will be exchanged with new, similar items.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within the 3 month period with the original packaging the item has been purchased with.
We do not accept telephonic calls or emails as proof that items are faulty.
WE do not accept any returns on e-Liquids.
We will not replace items that have already been replaced within the 3 month period.
When items are replaced, the replacement parts do not carry a new 3 month guarantee, the 3 month guarantee is still applicable from the original date of purchase.
WE do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
WE DO NOT offer a “use & test” guarantee, if a client buys a product and is not happy with the performance, it CANNOT be returned, purchased items can only be returned if the items are faulty and faulty items will be replaced with the same item (if returned in the guarantee period).

AGE OF CONSENT:

NO sales will be allowed by persons under the age of 18. Proof of identification will be requested.

RIGHTS OF THE SELLER:

The Seller reserves the right to update pricing on the Website without prior notice. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.

Terms and Conditions

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
The Rustic Vape is a business in the vaping industry that sells any vape related products.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 days and delivery confirmed by way of booking number. Deliveries are made by courier and costs are R115 anywhere in South Africa or R30 Delivery fee only applies to Middelburg. (Costs are subject to change depending on services fees.)
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by The Rustic Vape is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Rustic Vape will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee. Faulty or damaged items will be exchanged with new, similar items. Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within the 3 month period with the original packaging the item has been purchased with. We do not accept any returns on e-Liquids. 5. Customer Privacy policy
The Rustic Vape shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the The Rustic Vape bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for The Rustic Vape via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by The Rustic Vape separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
The Rustic Vape takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and The Rustic Vape chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, in relation to The Rustic Vape.
12. Variation
The Rustic Vape may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

This website is run by Mortel Distributions Pty Ltd sole trader based in South Africa trading as The Rustic Vape and with registration number 2015/078205/07 and Director, Christel Truter.
